2. Nature of Our Productss
We offer both digital educational assets (eBooks) and physical paperback books. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the payment has been successfully processed.

3. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
All digital products (such as eBooks, guides, or online materials)are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased. Once a digital file is delivered — via download link, email, or instant access — it is considered consumed. Refunds will not be provided for reasons including (but not limited to):Change of mind after purchase Accidental or duplicate purchases Non-usage or dissatisfaction with content Technical inability to access files due to user device or internet issues (in such cases, we will assist you in regaining access but not refund)

4. No Refund Policy for Paperback Books
Refunds are not provided for paperback or physical book purchases once the order has been confirmed and dispatched. However, if the book is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must inform us within 7 days of delivery by emailing tapwithshreyansh@gmail.comwith proof (such as an unboxing video or clear photographs of the defect).We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases: Normal wear and tear during delivery Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction Wrong address or failure to receive the order due to incorrect information provided by the customer

5. Duplicate or Failed Transactions
If a payment has been accidentally made twice for the same order or if there is a transaction failure but funds are deducted, please contact us within 48 hours of the payment. After verification, a refund for the duplicate amount will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. All such requests must be sent to tapwithshreyansh@gmail.comalong with your payment receipt and transaction details.
